SCHOOLS, COLLEGES AND GROUP BOOKINGS

April to September by appointment only. Please phone or e mail for a list of visitor options and costings.

School Visits

Suitable for either Key Stage One or Key Stage Two children. A typical visit would include a tour round the centre meeting the horses. Short informative talk about the swimming pool and its role in keeping horses healthy. Watching a horse swim.

Games and competitions with the Shetland Team. A running quiz to make sure everyone has been listening!! Packed lunches may be brought.

Time: Around 1 and ½ hours approx.

Equine Colleges

Welcome and overview of the centre. In depth presentation on hydrotherapy.
Swimming demonstration and hands on session using our own experienced swimmers.

Tour of the centre. Questions and answers. Coffee and biscuits and handout literature.

Time: Around two hours

Social Groups and Disabled Groups

Tailored to suit the requirements of our visitors – 1 and ½ hours approx
